Indeed one of our most cherished traditions is our annual quilt show. For over 30 years, quilters and enthusiasts from around the country convene to share stories, story quilts and their meaning, and forge connections across all imaginable demographics. Member Judy Lampkins has helped organize this special event from the beginning: "While there is a concentration toward old and vintage quilts, we discover new creators, works in progress and amazing contemporary designs every year." We showcase over 200 works of distinctly American art each year.
Co-sponsored and organized with the Lakeside Quilting Guild, food and beverage is sold and proceeds benefit our Pipe Organ and Capital Funds. Contact us for more information and join in the fun. 30th Anniversary Quilt Show information: https://lakesidequiltingguild.weebly.com/ * During COVID-19 pandemic, this event was postponed.
